Every version of Dota 2 is stored and archived in the Steam Depot. This allows anyone to download older versions and play those older patches directly from Steam itself. Our community has repacked some of these to simplify setup, however you can download any client version yourself with this handy download guide. If you have any questions, please join our Discord!

We are a community dedicated to documenting, researching, and reviving older patches. We have also developed our own matchmaking service and host servers for 6.84c. We welcome those who want to compete in some "Classic Dota". We are always looking for ways to improve the experience and share any knowledge!
